Robert Blythe - Actor Originally from Port Talbot in Wales Robert Blythe had a career as a surveyor before turning to the theatre. He first became interested in acting by joining a local amateur company whilst he was still a student and later took up acting full time because he felt he needed to. In the National Theatre production of Henry V he plays Captain Fluellen, a professional soldier and fellow Welshman. One of the most amazing things about being an actor for Robert Blythe is that in a twenty four hour period he could be playing a miner half a mile underground one day and filming another role as a lifeboat man a mile out at sea the next. | | |
